Jim Mac Watson
Jim Mac Watson is a multi-disciplinary craftsman and leader, holding, Interprovincial Red Seals as a Steam Fitter, Welder (Alberta B) and Boilermaker. He has also earned an Achievement in Business Competency and a Blue Seal through Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT). At McMaster University Jim has earned, with Honours, a Diploma in Human Resource Management and offers his experience in Labour Relations and Human Resources to the university as Director of Part-Time Students (MAPS). Currently, he is completing his Bachelor of Human Resources & Labour Relations at Athabasca University. Jim provides over 20-years of experience in leading projects in various roles with insights into Safety, HR/LR, planning and estimating. As a lifelong learner, Jim is dedicated to collaborative learning to build strong teams and create safe work environments. Jim is Don’s friend.
Don Castaldi has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is the founder of DC Waterstone Services, a multi service organization specializing in the areas of individual / group relational dynamics, trauma and forensics. Dr. Castaldi has provided consultation/advisory support in both Canada and US to professionals ranging from police/polygraph examiners, educators/mental health professionals as well as trade groups and industrial organizations. As a proactive effort to prevent mental illness and improve quality of life, Dr. Castaldi has developed workplace development trainings and conducted numerous consultations on improving workplace culture, self care and team building. His Workplace Development Services derives from an understanding that healthy work environments not only equate to productivity and advancement for organizations, it has the profound secondary effect of improving the quality of employee life and all relationships connected to them. Creating and hosting the Flow Logic video/ podcast is another step emboldening this effort. Don is Jim’s friend.
