Don Castaldi has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is the founder of DC Waterstone Services, a multi service organization specializing in the areas of individual / group relational dynamics, trauma and forensics. Dr. Castaldi has provided consultation/advisory support in both Canada and US to professionals ranging from police/polygraph examiners, educators/mental health professionals as well as trade groups and industrial organizations. As a proactive effort to prevent mental illness and improve quality of life, Dr. Castaldi has developed workplace development trainings and conducted numerous consultations on improving workplace culture, self care and team building. His Workplace Development Services derives from an understanding that healthy work environments not only equate to productivity and advancement for organizations, it has the profound secondary effect of improving the quality of employee life and all relationships connected to them.
